    Hubli-Dharwad Mahanagara Palike Building Bye - Laws 2004:

    • These Bye-Laws shall be called “The Hubli-Dharwad Mahanagara Palike Building Bye - Laws 2004”.
    • These bye-laws shall be applicable within the jurisdiction of the Hubli-Dharwad Mahanagara Palike as notified by the Government under Chapter II of the Karnataka Municipal Corporations Act, 1976.
    • These bye-laws shall come into operation three months after their final publication in the Official Gazette under section 428 of the Karnataka Municipal Corporations Act. 1976.
