    Development Control Rules 2005 for Daman District of U.T. of Daman & Diu:

    • These rules shall be called the Development Control Rules 2005 for Daman District of U.T. of Daman & Diu.
    • These rules shall apply to the building activities and development works in village Panchayat area of Daman District of U.T. of Daman and Diu as per the Zoning provisions in the Revised Regional Plan 2005-2021 of Daman District. If there is conflict between the requirements of these rules and those of any other rules or bye-laws of any local authority, these rules shall prevail.
    • These rules shall come in to force from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace all other existing Building Regulations/Development Control Rules under any Act.
