    Dadra and Nagar Haveli Development Control Rules 2014:

    • These rules shall be called the Dadra and Nagar Haveli Development Control Rules 2014.
    • These rules shall apply to the building activity and development work in the planning area of the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli as per the Zoning provisions in the Outline Development Plan 2021 of Dadra & Nagar Haveli. If there is conflict between the requirements of these rules and those of any other rules or bye-laws of any local authority, these rules shall prevail.
    • These rules shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official gazette and shall replace all other existing Building Regulations /Development Control Rules under any Act.
