    • These Rules may be called the “The Chandigarh Administration (erection and re­-erection of Buildings) Rules, 2006, for villages in the Municipal area of Municipal Corporation of Chandigarh”

    • These Rules shall extend to the entire unacquired area of revenue estate of villages comprised/included in the Municipal area of Municipal Corporation of Chandigarh, including the area under Abadi Deh therein.

    • These shall come into force at once.
