BIHAR BUILDING BYE-LAWS, 2013(HAJIPUR)

• These byelaws may be called the Bihar Building Byelaws 2013.

• They shall apply to the building activities in the areas falling in;                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

  i. All Municipal Corporations                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              ii. All Municipal Council                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    iii. All Nagar Panchayats                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  iv. All Metropolitan area                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      v. All Planning Area under various Planning Authority                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

  vi. Gram Panchayat areas covered under various Development Plan/ Planning Authorities or any Planning Scheme notified under Bihar Urban Planning and Development Act 2012.                         

  vii. These bye laws shall apply to all building activity. All existing rules, regulation, byelaws, orders that are in conflict or inconsistent with these bye laws shall stand modified to the extent of the provision of these bye laws.
