ASSAM BUILDING BYE-LAWS (NORTH LAKHIMPUR)

    This article has three building bye-laws links:

    Building Byelaws for the Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority. 

    • It shall extend to the whole of the Guwahati Metropolitan Area as notified by the Authority.
    • It shall come into force on such date as the Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority may by notification appoint. 

    Guwahati Building Construction (Regulation) Byelaws, 2014

    • It shall extend to the whole of the Guwahati Metropolitan Area as notified in the Master Plan for the city of Guwahati.
    • They shall come into force on the date of their publication in Official Gazette.

    Guwahati Building Construction (Regulation) (Amendment) Byelaws, 2020

    • They shall extend to the whole of the Guwahati Metropolitan Area as notified in the Master plan for the city of Guwahati.
    • They shall come into force on the date of their publication in Official Gazette.
