erform hands-on role of a lead Projects Coordinator / Architect and coordinate a team of other Architects, Structural Engineers and MEP Engineers.

· Able to develop exceptional concept designs, schematic design and detailed designs for project such as residential, commercial, shopping centres etc. and ensuring quality control systems to deliver excellence or pre-contract design drawings.

· You must have very thorough knowledge of all Structural/MEP/HVAC/FF Systems and their impact on the overall architectural design and necessary approvals from related authorities.

· Have responsibility of appointing and liaising with sub-consultants.

· Understand the impact of compensation for services performed and accordingly monitor project schedules, man-hour costing and budgets to ensure profitable completion.

· Ensure timely delivery of design drawings that are professionally executed within established budgets.

· Submit reports every quarter outlining the performance of the design teams in terms of technical output, time allocation and financial targets.

· Systematically manage projects, as well as work within teams.

· Maintain positive relationships with clients and partners/vendors alike.

· Meeting with clients and understanding their requirements and incorporating the same along with maintaining email communication with clients.

· Management, mentoring and leadership of the technical and design staff, including design and technical direction, support of the site management teams as required.

· Ensure constructive leadership end mentoring of junior staff and effective collaboration with other offices and divisions.

Ensure that all design drawings for Architecture, Services and Structural are produced and completed with high levels of technical competency and complete coordination.

· At the beginning of each project, arrive at a project design delivery program which is approved by the management and then ensure that production of drawings are completed in the scheduled/programmed man hours.

· Ensure quality assurance mandates and processed occur.

· Review and be accountable for design and relevant drawings/documentation.

· Lead teams to pursue highest level of design excellence throughout the delivery of projects
