Job Description
Preparing client billing including taking daily measurement of works.
Getting certifications, recording variation, collecting payment, complete documentation required for the job.
Reconciliation between estimated quantity and contractor's billed quantity.
Preparation Comparative statements of vendor quotations. And justification of rates and preparation of Deviation statement as per approved Shop drawings and site requirements.
Coordinating all electro-mechanical activities with the various teams on site.
Preparation of reconciliation statement and work statement as per the theoretical and actual consumption of Running and final bills.
Candidate should have experience in Billing works in Government Buildings Projects(CPWD)
Candidate should have through knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing works.
Roles and Responsibilities
Knowledge of:-
-IS Codes for Measurement
-CPWD Codes and Specification
-Delhi Schedule of Rates (DSR)
-Delhi Analysis of Rates (DAR)
-Escalation WPI and RBI Price Index (Labor and Material).
-MS Office especially good knowledge of MS. Excel and MS. Word.
-Auto CAD
-SAP
Qualifications
B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical Discipline
Eligibility Criteria
Should have experience of 4-8 years in MEP Billing
