Proficient in BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project workflows and project set up.
Work closely with Design Leads to ensure the project’s compliance with the given policies and processes and to ensure timely implementation and completion
Work with Design Leads and Engineers to develop engineering drawings consisting of basic arrangements, layouts, component details from rough sketches and general engineering and design information according to established standards and procedures, and to ensure timely implementation and completion
Understand BIM modelling process and able to manage all BIM related activities from project start-up to project completion
Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
Review each drawing for readability, presentation, and adherence to standards, by the company QA/QC process
Good knowledge in content creation and ability to create different types of parametric and non-parametric families
Strong knowledge in LOD requirements
Collaborate and communicate with other disciplines on coordination issues and model development tasks
Good knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks, with experience of clash detection and producing clash report
Able to produce scheduling and quantity extraction from the model
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
Understanding LOD requirements and BIM processes Ability to communicate clearly in English
Capable of technical management of project BIM data sets.
Prepare BIM Execution Plans and develop workflows to adhere to it.
Responsible for BIM model review and documentation.
Print drawing sets for professional team and participate in discipline reviews.
Create federated Models and conduct clash-detection/resolution and lead BIM coordination meetings.
Ability to export DWF and other formats for collaboration internally / externally.
Capable of reviewing and commenting on jobs completed by modellers.
Provide technical support for BIM enabling software applications to the project team.
Proficient in BIM 360 and Navisworks
