• Provide the project based training to trainees.
• Produce physical and digital educational material
• Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
• Monitor objectives and results
• Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses
• Report on the impact of training programs
• Maintain updated records of training material and curriculum.
• Check the Trainee’s Project files, If any corrections is there means explain and make them to correct it.
• Provide the marks on their project work and submit the student report to Delivery head.
• Guide the junior trainers and schedule the batch for them.
• Train the junior trainers and assist them.
• Create and communicate a clear list of expectations and goals for team members to follow.
• Write project reports as necessary
