As a Senior BIM Architect, you will assist in developing and implementing BIM and Digital Engineering execution plans, project setup, model production, coordination and help establish digital delivery-specific workflows for collaborations and data exchange. Preparing design and calculation reports, and drawings.
Review and Design as per Saudi Building Codes
Detailed knowledge of model-based design (BIM) protocols, standards, and software.
Strong understanding of developing, supporting, and managing models per project standards.
Must be an expert in detailed architectural drawings.
Liaising with professional staff such as Project managers, Structural Engineers, and MEP engineers.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
Minimum 5 Years of Experience as an Architect.
Must be familiar with Saudi Building Codes.
Experience in Both AutoCAD and Revit.
Sound knowledge of construction.
