We require a Revit modelling expert for Commercial and Residential construction. Should be a thorough professional with Revit experience in Architecture/ MEP and Structural modelling. Should have good knowledge in Building design and should understand National and International building standards.
Job Description :
To produce 3D Deliverables using Revit.
Skills with AutoCAD, Revit and related software
Knowledge of AEC disciplines, MEP, architectural and structural standards
Should have ability to work independently
Should be able to work with other disciplines and work collaboratively with other designers, engineers and architects and clients to convert information into layout designs, drawings and models using REVIT and AutoCAD.
Decipher information received from various formats (sketches, BIM Execution Plans, Architectural drawings,
Knowledge of BIM 360 will be an added advantage
Roles and Responsibilities
Degree in Architecture or Degree in civil engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience with Revit
Capable of producing Revit plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules etc. must be familiar with all Revit tools.
Capable of handling multiple Revit projects without any guidance from the superior
Must be capable of performing Clash detection using Navisworks and Revit interference check, export Clash reports, review clash reports etc.
Knowledge of 2D Autocad software
