Responsible for the day-to day planning and implanting of projects.\r\nManage and coordinate BIM standards development, implementation and quality on all related files and models.\r\nProvide CAD drafting/BIM modeling support.\r\nDevelop BIM plans and understand the scope of work for subcontractors.\r\nDemonstrate a strong understanding of constructions workflow processes and priorities.\r\nAbility to manage multiple ongoing and complex projects while being able to successfully meet the requirements.\r\nTroubleshoot any BIM related issues.\r\nManage BIM project benchmarks to meet project deadlines.\r\nContribute to the documentation, dissemination and monitoring of standards, best practices and industry advancements.\r\nPartner with the field and prefab teams to create plans for the implementation of model-based prefabrication.\r\n

Assist BIM Coordinators in creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughtout the project life cycle.\r\nCreate and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information.\r\nEnsure integrity/ quality of the models.\r\nGenerate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models.\r\n
