We are looking out for energetic and enthusiastic candidates to join us for the position of Research and Development Lead in our Centre of Excellence Department.
We are seeking a talented R&D engineer to explore new software and technologies and assist with the Design and Develop the Curriculum for training. In this role, you will be working closely with the R&D team to develop a curriculum and material for training.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Identify the current trend technology/Software and explore it.
• Make a proper timeline for exploring the software and deadlines.
• Implement the software into the project and analysis the merits and demerits of the software.
• Create the training curriculum for the software.
• Making the training materials and presentation for the curriculum.
• Provide training to internal trainers.
Qualifications
B.E/B Tech (Civil, Mech & EEE)
Eligibility Criteria
3-4 years of experience
