Monitor all site safety and legal requirements. Review project proposals and plans to develop project objectives. Identify project phases and elements. Establish specifications for projects based on a thorough review of performance standards, client requirements, and product design.

1. To understand the project in totality and the construction methodology
2. Client interaction and project coordination with the architects, designers and engineers.
3. To receive and document drawings released by architect/design department.
4. To understand the various components required for each project/detail hardware, bolts, timber section and to recheck the BOM/procurement list with the drawings, to comment if any discrepancies are noted.
5. To follow up for updated drawings, discard old copies and keep updated set for reference/release.
6. To release drawing for production or execution or for vendor fabrication.
7. To take timelines from vendor/procurement/production dept and circulate to all concerned.
8. When external hardware is received, to check with drawings, check the accuracy of the product and raise any discrepancy with concerned.
