A needs a new BIM (business information modeling) modeler! Expert knowledge of BIM and mockup software is required, as well as an understanding of engineering and architecture. You will be required to work closely with our lead architect and engineer, modeling and presenting the concepts requested by these team members. The ideal candidate has previous experience in this field as well as good communication ability. You must be able to determine elements and scale, and properly meet deadlines. The candidate must have good attention to detail and be extremely knowledgeable in mathematics and design aspects as well. Should be familiar with Revit Architecture, Civil & Structural or MEP 3D environment having work experience in developing model from base to LOD 400 or equivalent.
Should have experience in AutoCAD.
Should have experience in multidiscipline model coordination.
Should have experience of extracting drawings from Revit model with all required (construction drawing level information with required building materials & details) details.
Should have Knowledge in parametric families creation.
Bentley Project wise Asset wise knowledge will be an added advantage.
Provides training and technical support to design staff on the BIM system.
Support project teams in the use of BIM authoring tools.
Basic knowledge in 4D Simulation such as Navisworks or Synchro.
Familiarity with working to industry modelling standards.
Knowledge of ISO19650 / BS1192 / PAS1192-2.
Excellent communication skills with team members within office and external client communication.
Should be self-driven, have passion for learning, imparting training & extend relevant support to business in implementation
