Job Description
Experience in Commercial building construction
§ Must have working experience in drafting drawings in AutoCAD / Revit of commercial projects
§ Knowledge of 2D and 3D software
§ Production of construction documents, shop drawings, field direction documents
§ Ability to take information from several different drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and field input to create coordinated documents
§ Understands drafting convention / standards
§ Knows how or will learn how to work in a single, multi-discipline collaborative model
§ Be able to communicate well with multiple other team members across different disciplines
§ Identify conflicts with Architectural, Structural, and other MEP design elements and present well-thought-out and cost-effective solutions
Roles and Responsibilities
Planning all crucial project development and implementation details.
Determining the construction equipment and material requirements, and planning their procurement.
Predicting possible changes and creating risk mitigation strategies.
Meeting any legal and regulatory issues.
Establishing effective communication among all project participants.
Qualifications
BE in Mechanical
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of experience as mechanical drafters
