Job Description
Experience in Commercial building construction
§ Must have working experience in drafting drawings in AutoCAD / Revit of commercial projects
§ Knowledge of 2D and 3D software
§ Production of construction documents, shop drawings, field direction documents
§ Ability to take information from several different drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and field input to create coordinated documents
§ Understands drafting convention / standards
§ Knows how or will learn how to work in a single, multi-discipline collaborative model
§ Be able to communicate well with multiple other team members across different disciplines
§ Identify conflicts with Architectural, Structural, and other MEP design elements and present well-thought-out and cost-effective solutions
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist BIM Coordinators in creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughtout the project life cycle.
Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information.
Ensure integrity/ quality of the models.
Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models.
Qualifications
Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
Eligibility Criteria
total work: 1 year (Preferred) Mechanical Drafters: 1 year (Preferred)
