Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain all machines in working order.
Performs general cleaning and minor maintenance duties in maintaining building, grounds and equipment in clean, orderly and functional condition.
Provides assistance to staff, visitors and other employees as necessary.
Checking campus housekeeping work and cleaning work
Fault monitoring and check electrical parameters service internally.
Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
Performing preventative maintenance.
Handling basic repairs and maintenance including Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
Overseeing service agencies and calibration agencies when professional repairs are necessary.
Purchase maintenance items required for machineries, building materials and Electrical items.
