Responsible for architectural design outputs for the execution & tendering of various Urban Infrastructure projects

Developing architectural outputs duly meeting client specifications with in budgets and timeline
Coordinate and liaise with other engineering disciplines
Prepare and present design proposals with the client and to obtain the client approval for the architectural outputs
Prepare specfications to land scaping and architectural items
Support the site team during construction phase
design that reflect green building values and cater to our client’ desires for smaller carbon footprint
Analyse building specifications & new suggestions through alternative building material or methodology to reduce cost
Coordination with multiple engineering department to gather requirements & data for design
Checking of detailed Architectural / Plumbing / Landscape drawings for Infrastructure projects
BOQ preparation and preparation of ‘Good for Construction’ drawings
Preparation of technical / architectural specifications and review of vendor specifications
Knowledge in quality systems, and HSE systems
Knowledge about National & International standards & several Architectural materials
