Must be well versed with Autocad, Sketchup, rendering 3D views & photoshop

- Should be a go getter and a team player

- Some experience with large commercial or health care project

- Should have experience in commercial interior projects

- Must monitor projects and coordinate with clients to release drawings, etc.

- Willingness to travel for site meetings/visits/measurements is a must

- Should be responsible for project documentation

- Must have a creative mind, willingness to learn and adapt

- Coordination with MEP consultants to finalise plans and details

- Should have experience in detailing interior drawings.

Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
Using the construction “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
Developing architecture in line with client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
