We are seeking a Jr. Architect to join our team. You will be responsible for designs, complete construction documents, write up building plans and assist in the presentation of materials. Work with Architects assisting with various projects.\r\nHelp to plan and design buildings.\r\nWork on design drawings.\r\nAssist in reviewing project proposals and specs.\r\nHelp with compiling required paperwork and documents for projects.\r\nHelp coordinate details of architectural projects.\r\nControl project from start to finish ensuring high quality, innovative and functional design.\r\nTake the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.\r\nDevelop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact.\r\nProduce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections.\r\nCompile project specifications.\r\nEnsure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.\r\nMake on site visits to check on project status and report on project.\r\nFollow architectural trends and advancements requirements.\r\nExpert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.\r\nExcellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, CAD, Auto CAD, Revit, SketchUp, Newforma, 3d Studio VIZ or similar).\r\nStrong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.\r\nVisual awareness and an eye for detail.
