Your roles and responsibilities as a Designer would entail the following:

Calling leads, potential customers

Taking down their requirements in our format

Understanding the customer requirements and translating into Cad, PowerPoint presentations and quotations

Follow up with Customers to convert them into paying customers

Oversee site measurements, final projects

Translate sketch up concepts into AutoCAD detailed drawings

Create BOQ and final Quotations Create design options in sketch up on converted projects

Training will be provided for all of the above points.

Architects with a B.Arch degree-Must. Proficiency in English -Must.Passion for home interiors-Must Skills: CAD, sketch up, excel Additional skills that can be a added benefit: vray,lumion etc
