The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the full design process from ideation to production. You will draw new designs and update our current designs. During the creation process, you will ensure that our designs meeting all necessary design responsibilities.

Have a vision for constructable pre fabricated modular construction.
Craft models and drawings of products using CAD and/or Revit.
Performing computer simulations and experiments to virtually design and construct prototypes using Revit.
Analyze current engineering methods used within the company and develop steps and processes to improve.
Meeting with clients and Architect team to determine manufacturing applications and requirements.
Establish a framework for necessary contributions from various departments and facilitate their collaboration.
Account for possible project challenges or constraints and proactively seek to manage challenges.
Be able to apply onsite construction knowledge to improve constructability of the building.
Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and develop steps for their proper execution.
Plan effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time, to standard and to budget.
Find creative design solutions to problems of modern construction.
Liaising with clients, designers, engineers, and manufacturers to ensure coherence.
Preparing technical reports, design specifications documents, and operational manuals.
Develop creative, dependable, alternate solutions for problems.
Be updated with current and new construction technologies.
