Job Description
Create 3D BIM coordinated models in Revit MEP as per specific standards and practices.
Ensure high level of accuracy of work done and meet deadlines.
Develop plans, sections, elevations and details from a 3D BIM model for projects of all sizes and technical complexities.
Create 3D views on an as-needed basis for marketing or project use.
Prepare complete and accurate MEP drawings, including checking and coordinating details and dimensions.
Roles and Responsibilities
BIM modelers typically work regular full-time hours for their business. These employees are required to draft, model, and create visual plans in order to assist with decision-making and the architecture process. This position will work in close association with an architect or engineer in order to create the proper and required 3D models.
