We are Hiring BIM Manager for our sister concern company PermitZip
He/She must have full knowledge of BIM Revit and knowledge of MEP design will be an advantage.
Setting up the project in BIM and experience in BIM 60
Production and verification of BIM models and drawings for all projects
Working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design. Collaborate and Coordinate with other disciplines to mitigate design challenges.
Develop BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria. Follow BIM content standards and development procedures. Prepare your own discipline model and/or content for BIM Coordination Meetings. High level of communication and good writing skills.
Leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation. Follow BIM content standards and development procedures. Must take the lead on developing some discipline-specific BIM modeling content for a project. Prepare your own discipline model and/or content for BIM Coordination Meetings. Software Expectations: Good Knowledge of REVIT and BIM tools
Roles and Responsibilities
A BIM modeler uses building information modeling software to create a three-dimensional visual plan for a project. Building information models are virtual files used to aid decision-making during the building process. BIM modelers work closely with architects and engineers to develop designs for clients. BIM modelers need to have excellent artistic, technical, and computer skills.
