A BIM Modeler is responsible for creating and maintaining 3D models of the physical spaces that will be built. These models are used as a reference point throughout the construction process, allowing everyone involved to see exactly what needs to be done at any given time.

Support design discipline through day-to-day BIM
implementation activity & updates
Technical assist for project team members
Develop and maintain object library and catalogue
Prepare engineering drawings (Eg. GAD, layout, plan
& profile, section for infrastructure and transportation project)
Develop & monitor quality control and assurance in
BIM modelling following the organization’s procedure and project
standard
Validate and export model geometry after clash detection
for submission
Prepare visual walkthrough for presentation & visual
method statement
Prepare models and reports for value engineering and
constructability analysis
Undertake 4D, 5D BIM project modelling
