Job Description
Can set up, analyse, and coordinate a building model which contains (re)usable data.
Test technical data for conformity with the specifications stated in the contract document (e.g. technical principles, BIM protocol, BIM implementation plan, etc.).
Perform activities related to the model-technical elaboration of the installations according to the received specifications of the projects assigned to the project team.
Quality check of model and model data in accordance with the contract.
In consultation with superiors, anticipate on the required data within the specified periods.
Can make technical calculations and worksheets with data from the BIM model.
Identify and process changes and deviations and communicating and recording them with the (functional) manager.
Taking care of the further elaboration and completeness of (detail) drawings, which are related to agreed overall and/or detailed schedules
Compile and process the revision documents in accordance with procedures in collaboration with the BIM coordinator.
Print and send ready drawings and accompanying documents as extracts from the BIM model.
Archive and administer the BIM model.
All other occurring activities arising from the position, as well as compliance with company guidelines, work instructions and procedures
