A candidate should have expertise in Revit MEP software and Navis works Manage and should cover the points below.

Strong experience as BIM Modeler in Revit MEP - on HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical services
Perform assigned MEP Revit modeling tasks including coordination and clash detection.
Preparation of MEP shop drawing and 2D MEP Coordination drawings
Preparation of parametric Revit family for all disciplines
Knowledge and Experience in the project BIM Standards
Understanding of BIM Template and processes
Should work with other BIM Technician and Engineers
Managing BIM 360 would be an asset
Work experience in Dynamo and C# would be an advantage but not a must.
Knowledge of Rhino and Grasshopper would be an advantage as well

Responsible for the day-to day planning and implanting of projects.
Manage and coordinate BIM standards development, implementation, and quality on all related files and models.
Provide CAD drafting/BIM modeling support.
Develop BIM plans and understand the scope of work for subcontractors.
