BIM Modeler - Architecture, as a part of multi-disciplinary projects teams, is responsible to provide drafting support to technically challenging projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Diploma / B. Arch with minimum 4-6 years of professional experience.
Strong knowledge of Auto CAD is essential
Knowledge of Revit is must.
Knowledge of other BIM software (Naviswork, Archicad) will be appreciated Must have experience on international project.

Roles and Responsibilities
Candidate have up to 10 years experience using Revit of various architectural components with good experience on Revit family creation.
Escalating & Documenting (RFIs email) constructability issues (Classing information & Clashing Geometry) during and after Modelling.
Understanding of various International BIM standards
Good understanding of BIM LODs (Level of Development).
Should have work on international projects.
Should be aware of BIM Best & Worst practices.
Good troubleshooting abilities.
