A BIM modeler uses building information modeling software to create a three-dimensional visual plan for a project. Building information models are virtual files used to aid decision-making during the building process. BIM modelers work closely with architects and engineers to develop designs for clients.

Roles and Responsibilities
Creation of REVIT Architectural BIM model and coordination with structural and services REVIT BIM models
Preparation of drawings by using Revit (Model collaboration, Design options, Family creation & workset concept)
Studying architectural drawing in co-ordination with structural engineer and other services department (HVAC / Electrical / PHE etc).
Preparation of site execution drawings (2D), plan, sections, details using AutoCAD, specifications using MS Excel, etc,
Preparation of cost estimate.
Site Checking as and when required.
