Job Profile – BIM Modeler/Coordinator (Work from Office)
Job Location – Ghodasar, Ahmedabad.

Assist Regional BIM Coordinator in training of regional project personnel in the use of BIM tools
Create, manage and maintain the project design models and the associated drawings as directed by discipline leads and the BIM Coordinator
Evaluate BIM modeling expertise within the project team as well as motivate and support project team members
Support multi-discipline BIM coordination meetings throughout project lifecycle
Lead clash detection and resolution with project teams in preconstruction efforts
Perform over-the-shoulder training to help facilitate development of project staff as well as instruct team members on various aspects of model development, construction documentation and production techniques
May be required to develop schematic and detailed level models including modeling interior and exterior Architectural elements and MEP systems (as applicable)
Prepare, review, print and transmit all drawings for package issues and manage project websites
Coordinate BIM/CAD standards with clients and communicate standards requirements to the project team as well as incorporate and manage standards driven changes within the design software
Monitor and enforce BIM/CAD standards compliance for all drawing related deliverables
Establish file ownership and transfer protocol between offices, clients, construction manager and other consultants. This includes identifying contact personnel and documenting phone and/or e-mail information as necessary
Establish and coordinate floor plan location and orientation across all discipline drawings
Work as part of a BIM/CAD support team to achieve consistent repeatable results
Identify conflicts, incomplete or ambiguous design information Requirements:
Min 2-3 years experience working as BIM Coordinator / Modeler
Excellent knowledge of all software like AutoCAD, Revit, Google Sketchup, Lumion & other
Hand on experience required as a Project Coordinator and team handling
Good understanding of building works Good IT skills and willingness to learn and use new software /technology
Experience in adoption of BIM processes in large projects
Can work as a BIM Modeler.
Self-driven and good time management
Able to handle project individually and guide team members as per client’s requirements
Able to coordinate with client (individually) & solve their query as per requirements Local candidate (from Ahmedabad) preferred.
