    Job Description

    Develop BIM models for Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing services from design stage to as-built stage and coordinating between all other services.

    Strong knowledge in Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing design and detailed drawings.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Responsible for the day-to day planning and implanting of projects.
    Manage and coordinate BIM standards development, implementation, and quality on all related files and models.
    Provide CAD drafting/BIM modeling support.
    Develop BIM plans and understand the scope of work for subcontractors.
