PermitZIP is an engineering company determined and passionate about developing design drawings and solving issues faced in the construction field. Our engineers work mostly in Revit to generate MEP construction documents, and we are looking for a BIM manager to manage our day-to-day BIM models and other services related to BIM.

Roles and Responsibilities
Showcase high enthusiasm, integrity, and creativity.
Work in an agile environment with a diverse team of MEP designers and software developers to manage and improve the BIM department workflows
Manage, update, and improve on existing templates, families, schedules, and other Revit configurations
Coordinate model updates including interfacing with clients to ensure accurate backgrounds are implemented in the MEP design process
Engage with department leads to discuss coordination concerns and improve communications
