Make sure that every stake-holders will follow the BIM work-flow/SOP.
Create & Manage the templates for Arch & STR modeling
Ensure integrity of the model aligns with BIM Uses and client’s BIM specific modelling and documentation requirements and standards, as set out in Model Standards
Maintaining a SOP for Clash Detection and generation of Clash Reports for a Clash Free Model
Software skill: Revit, Navis & BIM 360
Good rendering knowledge
1-2 years Metro experience is preferable
