We are looking for a Asst BIM Manager to join our fast-growing Multi-Disciplinary BIM Team.

Job Description-

As a manager, you are expected to advise SmartCADD Clients on BIM Strategy to achieve strategic business goals.
You will be coordinating with multiple multi-disciplinary BIM Production teams.
You will need to develop standards, Project Execution Plans (PXP) and BIM Execution Plans (BEP) as well as processes to monitor and evaluate work progress.
Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communication
Attend kick-off meetings, coordination meetings, and weekly review meetings
Perform model reviews and coordination reviews of all the project models.
Must have experience of Handling overseas projects along with knowledge of codes and standards
Should be efficient in handling team issue/conflicts/concerns to maintain the overall integrity.
Develop skill competency plan for team.
Requires reporting to the manager and to the HOD.
Must have the ability to handle the multiple projects.
Responsible of overall quality control of final deliverables.
Human resources & task need to be planned.

Candidate must have 5-7Years years of experience.
Willing to Relocate in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Excellent organization and technical writing skills.
Dedicated team player with strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Should be familiar with all Revit tools and independently able to produce Revit plan, elevations, section, details, schedules etc.
Knowledge on international construction technology and quality standards
Proficient in AEC disciplines, MEPF, Architectural and Structural standards,
Should have strong understanding and experience in delivering LOD 200 to LOD 450 BIM model using BIM software (Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360 Design and Revizto)
