Physical discussion with client for Project brief discussion & Concept route discussion Generation of pre-design portfolio (Due diligence, MEP questionnaire & concept route)\r\n\r\nNeed to be part of overall design concept presentation related to usage(quantity) of material & need to cross check the specification used in design presentation. Cross check new items implemented which were not part of BOQ\r\n\r\nindeed
Roles and Responsibilities
Once a client approaches an architect, initially, a meeting is conducted to discuss the needs and requirements of that project. Several meetings are conducted until both parties are satisfied with the conceptual design.\r\n\r\nThe work carried out by an architect has to be properly organized in the forms of records, of different contracts, project details, cost, and budget details, the time limit, and the daily progress report. Substantially, the architects have to work with the civil or structural engineers for discussing the technical issues that might arise during the design implementation. The key responsibilities of an architect in construction projects are mentioned below as per the specific roles:\r\n\r\n
