Roles and Responsibilities
Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design\r\nPrepare the “brief” to identify clients’ needs from the Initial client meetings with Senior Architect.\r\nPut together feasibility reports and design proposals and create a scheme keeping in mind the client’s needs, building’s usage, and environmental impact under the guidance of the Senior Architect.\r\nCoordinate with our Engineering team to prepare an estimate.\r\nAfter the client’s approval produce detailed blueprints for approval and construction phase.\r\nCoordinate with vendors and consultants regarding the materials and finishes required for the project and get samples.\r\nCompile project specifications and get approval from a client with all specifications and samples.\r\nKeep checking if the project is within budgets and timelines.\r\nMake on-site visits to check on project status and produce reports on the project to the Senior Architect after every visit.\r\nEnsure that all works are carried out on-site to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations, and as per our design during the site visits.\r\nCooperate and liaise with construction professionals and consultants.\r\nFollow architectural trends and advancements and be ready to do research on products and materials when required.\r\nKeep reporting the progress of each project to the Senior Architect daily
