We are looking for a passionate Architect with the motivation to learn.

To perform all phases of architectural and interior works including planning, designing,presetations, detail drawings, site visits and material selection.

You will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, and Interior projects from concept design to the detail design stage till completion. So, the candidate should be ready to handle all stages of the projects independently.

Should be eager to learn new software, willing to do the drawings and 3D works for the projects.

The goal is to match client’s needs by producing sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs under budget.

Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
Prepare the “brief” to identify clients’ needs from the Initial client meetings with Senior Architect.
Put together feasibility reports and design proposals and create a scheme keeping in mind the client’s needs, building’s usage, and environmental impact under the guidance of the Senior Architect.
Coordinate with our Engineering team to prepare an estimate.
After the client’s approval produce detailed blueprints for approval and construction phase.
Coordinate with vendors and consultants regarding the materials and finishes required for the project and get samples.
Compile project specifications and get approval from a client with all specifications and samples.
Keep checking if the project is within budgets and timelines.
Make on-site visits to check on project status and produce reports on the project to the Senior Architect after every visit.
Ensure that all works are carried out on-site to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations, and as per our design during the site visits.
Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals and consultants.
Follow architectural trends and advancements and be ready to do research on products and materials when required.
Keep reporting the progress of each project to the Senior Architect daily.
