To understand the engineering inputs given by the team leader.

To deliver a clear output of the drawings.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Task Leader. They should be both a self-motivated individual and a good team player. They have to think practically on the drawings given by the company.
Develop BIM models for architectural services from design stage to as-built stage and coordinating between all other services.
Preparation of Architectural BIM Models with various level of detailing.
Strong knowledge in architectural design and detailed drawings.
Ability to generate various Architectural layouts, sections, elevations and details Clash detection and co-ordination using Navisworks
Ability to create 3D views or renderings.
Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform.
