Able To Work On 3d Models For Concepts, Renders Etc In A Plus( Lumion - Interior And Exterior ) Cad & Sketch Up Is a must
conceptual drawings, Working drawings for civil & Interior
Selections Etc And Client Co-Ordination When Needed.
Convince For Site Visits If Possible ( Travel Allowance Etc Will Be Paid Additional)
Roles and Responsibilities
Undertake design project from concept to completion.
Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans.
Set costs and project fees according to budget.
Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
